The Legacy of the Dead Program allows guests to become part of the haunted grounds of The Thirteenth Hour Haunted Attraction through personalized scenic memorial installations integrated directly into the cemetery.

Available installation types include:

• Memorial Wall Plaques

• Cemetery Gravestones

• Private Mausoleums

Each installation is professionally themed to match the immersive world and aesthetic of the attraction.

Installation Policy

Memorial Wall Plaques are seasonal installations and remain in place for the current operating season only.

Cemetery Gravestones and Private Mausoleums are considered permanent scenic installations and are intended to remain part of the attraction indefinitely. However, installations may eventually be removed, relocated, modified, or retired if scenes are renovated, reconstructed, expanded, damaged, or permanently replaced in future seasons.

Participation in this program represents sponsorship of a themed scenic installation within the attraction and does not transfer ownership rights to participants.

Name Approval & Content Restrictions

All names, epitaphs, phrases, and submitted content are subject to approval by The Thirteenth Hour.

The attraction reserves the right to reject or modify submissions that contain:

• Profanity

• Hate speech

• Political messaging

• Copyrighted or trademarked material

• Offensive or inappropriate language

• Modern branding or references that conflict with the immersive environment

The Thirteenth Hour retains final artistic control over:

• Placement

• Formatting

• Scenic treatment

• Design style

• Material selection

• Installation method

Completion Timeline

Installations are custom scenic pieces and may require production time before installation.

Completion timelines may vary based on:

• Seasonal workload

• Scenic construction schedules

• Material availability

• Attraction production timelines

Customers will receive a completion photo once installation is finished.

Availability

Availability is limited and may vary by season, scene expansion, and cemetery layout.

Private Mausoleums are extremely limited due to physical space constraints within the attraction.

Liability & Maintenance

Installations are designed for use within an active haunted attraction environment and may naturally weather, age, fade, or experience minor cosmetic wear over time as part of the scenic aesthetic.

The Thirteenth Hour reserves the right to perform maintenance, touch-ups, repairs, modifications, or scenic updates as needed.

Refund Policy

Because each installation is custom-made and personalized, all sales are final once production begins.

Rejected submissions that cannot be reasonably modified to meet program guidelines may be refunded at the discretion of The Thirteenth Hour.
