    Spring Screams takes place April 25th. This is a one night only event with limited capacity, and tickets may sell out in advance. ALL TICKETS FOR THIS EVENT ARE SOLD ONLINE.

  • Choose Your Experience
    Guests may select from:

    • Battle Mode – Use a tactical laser weapon to fight through the attraction and track your score

    • Survival Mode – Enter with limited “lives” and attempt to evade the monsters

    • Double Feature – Experience both in one night (separate ticket required for each)

  • Timed Entry
    All tickets are sold in timed entry windows. Your selected time indicates when you may enter the queue and is approximate. Please arrive early for your time slot.

  • Double Feature Timing
    If you plan to experience both Battle and Survival, please allow at least 60 minutes between entry times. Guests may spend time in Purgatory between experiences.

  • Event Format
    This is a special event experience featuring live actors, interactive elements, and two distinct ways to move through the attraction. This is not a standard walkthrough.

  • Severe Weather Policy
    In the event of severe weather, additional accommodations or rescheduling options will be communicated to ticket holders.

  • Group Size
    Groups may be combined inside the attraction, with a maximum of 6 guests per group.

  • No Refunds
    All tickets are date-specific and non-refundable. Tickets may be rescheduled online prior to the event start time, subject to availability.

FALL TICKET OPTIONS

  • Walk right in. Starting at $54.99 per person.

    Our most premium experience grants you instant access to The Thirteenth Hour, bypassing both our general and Fast Lane lines at your initial entry as well as after Purgatory.

    A limited number of Instant Access tickets are sold online in advance for specific nights. Instant Access can also be purchased on-site at the ticket booth pending availability.

  • Available online, this ticket allows you to enter the “FAST LANE” line.

    This ticket gets you faster access, reducing your initial wait by at least 1/2. Fast Lane guests will wait in the standard line for our last attraction, RIFT/13.

    Fast Lane Tickets are sold at a discount from our box office price and guarantee you admission.

  • GENERAL ADMISSION - This ticket is for General Admission to all Haunted Houses; wait times may vary. Onsite tickets are $5 more per ticket.

  • GENERAL ADMISSION - On-site ticket sales are cash only and pricing varies by day. Tickets may sell out if we reach capacity. Box office closes 15 minutes before the marked closing time or until capacity is reached.

    FAST LANE - Upgrade your General admission ticket to a FAST LANE Ticket for $15-$20. This ticket reduces your wait by at least 1/2. Availability may be limited on certain nights and is only available at the box office.

  • We offer a special discounted rate for groups of 10 or more. Tickets must be purchased in advance online.

FALL ADD ON OPTIONS

  • Get Fast Lane Access 1 time per night for our 2025 Halloween Season. The 2025 season runs from September 21st - November 1st 2025

  • For a small fee, go through The Thirteenth Hour twice in one night! The second time will by-pass the General Admission line!

  • An exclusive experience. This ticket is often secretly purchased for a friend or family member. As part of this experience, we will target them through the entire haunted house. With your help, we will put together a personalized experience for the...victim! Its fun for them and even more fun for members of the group to watch!     Package includes: Instant Access, Timed Ticketing, and a photo op with one of our characters.

    You must contact us at least 72 hours ahead to arrange this experience; these tickets are extremely limited and are only available on select days. Anyone who is part of the group (up to 6) must have their own Fast Lane ticket.

  • Nightly Capacity – Some nights and time slots may sell out in advance. To guarantee admission on your preferred night, purchase your haunted house tickets online ahead of time. Groups may be combined, up to 6 people per group.

  • Timed Ticketing – On select nights, General Admission tickets are tied to a 30-minute arrival window. This window represents the time you may enter the queue line. All times are approximate.

  • Worry-Free Guarantee – If we close due to weather, your ticket can be exchanged for another available night at no additional cost.
